Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we provide professional installation services for all our products, including lighting, fans, and sanitary ware. Our experienced team will ensure that every installation is carried out safely and efficiently, following industry standards. We aim to deliver a hassle-free experience from purchase to installation.
Absolutely! We understand that every space is unique, and we offer customized lighting design services to suit your specific needs and style preferences. Whether it’s for residential, commercial, or outdoor spaces, our design team will work closely with you to create a lighting plan that enhances the beauty and functionality of your space.

Yes, our products are energy-efficient. We prioritise LED and sustainable lighting solutions that help reduce electricity usage while maintaining high performance and brightness.

Yes, we offer warranty for our products. Warranty coverage varies by item, but most include protection against manufacturing defects for added peace of mind.

Delivery charge is $35 per trip, for locations within mainland Singapore (exclude Sentosa, offshore islands, and restricted zones)

If you are located outside of mainland Singapore, drop us a WhatsApp and we’ll work out a delivery option for you.

A redelivery fee will apply if no one is available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time.

If your delivery location does not have lift access, additional charges may apply. Please check with us before placing your order so we can advise you accordingly.

In-stock items: Approximate 3 working days from when your order is confirmed.

Pre-order items: Around 4 to 6 weeks, as these are shipped in specially for you.

These timeframes are our best estimate. If there are any changes, we’ll keep you updated.

Our team will contact you 1–2 days before delivery to arrange a delivery time slot. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Yes! Self-collection is free of charge and available from our showroom during the following operating hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’ll notify you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting the showroom, especially for pre-order items.

If you’ve engaged our installation service, there’s no need to select delivery. Simply choose “Self-Collection” at checkout.

Our electrician will collect your items from our showroom and bring them along on the day of installation. Please check with us in advance regarding installation fees.
