Delivery

• Delivery charge: $35 per trip, for locations within mainland Singapore (exclude Sentosa, offshore islands, and restricted zones)
• If you are located outside of mainland Singapore, drop us a WhatsApp and we’ll work out a delivery option for you.

 

How long will it take?

• In-stock items: approximate 3 working days from when your order is confirmed.
• Pre-order items: around 4 to 6 weeks, as these are shipped in specially for you.

 

Self-Collection

• Self-collection is available at our showroom during operating hours:

Monday – Saturday: 11am to 7pm

Sunday: 11am to 5pm

• There’s no charge for self-collection.
• We’ll message you via WhatsApp once your order is ready — please wait for this confirmation before making your way down, especially for pre-order items.

 

A few things to note:

• The delivery timeframes are our best estimate. If anything changes, we’ll reach out to update you.
• Our team will contact you 1–2 days before delivery to arrange a time slot. We deliver Monday to Friday, between 11am to 6pm.
• Should no one is home to receive, a redelivery fee will apply.
• If there’s no lift access, additional charges may apply — please check with us prior to delivery, so there are no surprises.
• If you like to engage our installation service, delivery is not required, check out as “self-collect”. Our electrician will collect your items and bring them along on the day of installation. Please check with us installation fees in advance.
